Session 2 begins where it was last left. The horrific discoveries of the day had left all of the group, tired, drained and full of questions. The group with the exception of Altenburg took Sir Owens up on his offer of beds and breakfast. Altenburg went home to gain a full nights sleep in the privacy and security of his own home.

Upon awakening each individual had been given a letter written by Jeeves on behalf of Sir Owens and his family with regards to attending chastity's funeral. Altenburg had been sent one by David';s own hand. . A telegram by the good Detective McIntyre confirmed that traces of the gold residue led them to 2 different area's of inquiry.

1) A known reputable Jeweller named Arthur Dally, uses this particular quality of gold. Based in Manchester, his shop is just off Piccadilly Gardens.

2) An old manufacturer's warehouse (sealed for at least 10 years) traces found just outside of the entrance, the Industrialist who holds the deeds holds the building mainly for monetary requirements

The group (after a hearty breakfast) decided to go their own ways. Hugh Jenkins decides that it is time to go home change design and reflect.  After a short time his Mentor arrives to take him to a Galvanics lecture at the university. When there he saw another lecture on the board called "The influence of metals within Society" and without any haste gained a copy of said lecture. He made the discovery that gold is indeed the key plus having had the idea of modifying the magwitch reaper to a more efficient design.

Meanwhile Jonathon had been given a much graver task, that of trying to infiltrate the notorious east end gang that is run by the infamous Grimshot who has a reputation for illegal arms dealing. He met with Evil eyed jack, known for getting his hands dirty, who told Jonathon that if he "blew away" Owens then he could meet with the big chief.

Maxwell decided he was going to the dark side of the city to speak with his one of his contacts the big GF. He noticed that he was being followed, interested in who it was he waited only to find that the person whom was doing the shadowing was someone he couldn't quite place but ultimately someone who was really familiar to him. He decided that he was going to get on with the task in hand following the usual haunts he discovered that some of gf's boys had been sent to the docklands while the rest including the man himself was at Jezebels Inn. Inside the place was a fully open room with the most beautiful woman Maxwell had ever seen. Moving hips and bosom seductively she glided to him, moved over him and he was intoxicated with her, so intoxicated with her the entire world slid away. He was so intoxicated with her that he noticed nothing else.

The count had other things on his mind however. While in discussion with David he noticed that Jeeves was portraying very weird behaviour indeed so much so that he asked David to offer Jeeves a holiday and to basically keep him occupied until Ernst had had the chance to search Jeeves room to see if anything cropped up. While in Jeeves room he discovered a small wooden box with some letters of his dead wife and a small vial of black liquid (he presumed it was the blood of said wife). Jeeves took leave straight away, in fact it was so quick that David  and Ernst were in agreement that it was too suspicious. Ernst decided to give chase and follow the shady Jeeves. Ernst ended up at the warehouse that was marked by links to the golden rose killers gold traces. He quietly watched and waited for Jeeves to leave. he noticed that Jeeves entered the building and crushed the vial under his foot, and set off again. Ernst after watching Jeeves leave went into the warehouse and took as much of a sample as he could. He then decided to go to the twelve o'clock club to meet with a few friends, he had barely arrived when a large heavy stone with a letter wrapped around it was thrown through the window. Ernst tried to give chase but the culprit had vanished.... He learned that it was linked to terrorist cell called Zero Tolerance and that the group in question was trying to free a man called Jebb O'Reilly.
With the knowledge he would soon find the connection he set off to meet the rest of the group at the notorious polecat, a gentleman's coffee house so that they could piece more of what they had learned together.

The group met and talked for a few hours trying to place all of the connections together. It was here that Ernst received communications that his butler had been brutally attacked by three men and the counts safe had been broken into. The mention of this made Maxwell remember that his papers had also gone missing but he could not place when they had been stolen.
They rushed to Ernst's abode to find all that they could to finger the robbers, and Detective McIntyre was called to deal with official requests.

With again another hectic day at an end the only question on every mans lips was "could anything possibly go wrong on the morrow?"
